Srushti Deshmukh has started to prepare for the UPSC entrance in her third year in engineering. As she finished her degree in engineering, she was unsure if it was the best choice for her. Then, she realized that her dream was civil services and started to focus on this. Her parents encouraged her to be civil servants and seek a job in the public service. She aimed her efforts at becoming an IAS officer. The work required to get UPSC. She was also preparing for UPSC tests while she was doing her engineering studies. She allocated time for this examination preparation each day. It took her just one month working on the exams and stayed away from Facebook and other social media in her daily life. She believes that focusing is the most important factor to succeed in this government exam and become a civil servant. She put in great effort to pass the exam on the first try. Her daily routine included reading papers to stay current with the most recent news. Rajya Sabha TV, online resources and other study tools proved to be a great help for her.
